The journey commenced with over 700 leaders expressing interest, each presenting unique ideas, projects, and role aspirations. A structured selection process ensued, assessing the viability of proposed ideas, performance, and potential. Shortlisted candidates presented the “what” and “how” of their aspirations to a senior panel comprising internal leaders and external industry experts. Moving forward, each selected leader will receive dedicated support.

Following a rigorous 3P assessment framework (Performance, Pedigree, Potential), 350 candidates were shortlisted, with 200+ advancing to showcase their ideas to an exclusive panel. Senior Leaders led the discussions to assess candidates’ enthusiasm and ambition across domains like Innovation Projects, Digital & AI, Sustainability & ESG, among others.
Spanning eight weeks with over 70 hours of panel evaluations, the process involved dynamic discussions with Business CEOs and Functional CXOs.
